I have not been able to connect to the server at all today. According to the chatbox, some other people have also been having issues. Unfortunately, being on a University network, I'm unable to rule out a network problem, but I can play any other games and browse the web fine. Also, I was able to play fine yesterday. I live near Chicago. This is all I get I have re-installed the game/client twice. What's the problem? EDIT: Problem fixed. I have no idea what was wrong. Thread can be closed.

You are not having any connectivity issues to the server. Are you sure you have the newest files? It might be worth redownloading/reinstalling MapleRoyals to be sure.
I re-downloaded the client and installer overnight, and installed this morning. I am still unable to connect to Royals. (Same message)
There must be some network block on your side as there are no known issues regarding connecting to the game server.
I guess I'll request some more help on this, because I don't want Royals to go away that easily. I might work on campus this summer and it would be a bummer to not be able to play Royals for a year >.> I still cannot connect. Is there anything I can check? I can play games like Minecraft fine on my network. What would be causing a straight refusal to connect like this? The fact that this problem surfaced a few days ago out of the blue bothers me. It was fine the entire school year. Can some tech experts let me know if I have any hopes of playing? I know I probably don't have too much control as it's a University network. EDIT: Problem fixed.
