'Godly Items' Explained

I recently got a 6 dex level 15 thief top... The range for the dex stat on that item is 1, so it seems to me this feature still works fine

 

its avarage attack... i bielieve its something like 70-78 or 69-79... u had for sure "godly stat" rolled on it

 

So can someone tell me this worth some big buck

This is something I've always wondered. Is it 10% chance to get one with 90 ATT, as well as with 93, 94 or 99, or is it less chance to get an item with stats in closer to the limits (90 and 99, in this case)

Now I'm talking about normal ranges in stats. NOT godly mode applied.

 

I got an 8 str lvl 25 warrior top Idk what the average is but still.

 

Then you have found either a perfectly godly Dark Master Sergeant or Blue Shark. Congratulations!

 

It's not applied on rewards from quests, am I correct? Like... it's impossible to get a Lord Pirate Hat with 7 STR for example?

Yes it would be quite cool. And if this was available too (1 billion PQs I guess...) then I'm sure ALOT of people would do Pirate PQ, just to get that 9 ATT hat

But I think the godly ranges in Library are just impossible for some items. It's just a fixed +5 value but can't actually be obtained in reality, since items are not dropped, forgable to available from Gachapon.

Never going to happen because those items aren't effected by the godly system.

 

Can I acquire stat that wasn't originally on the equipment?
i.e. BWGs usually do not have Atk stat. Can I get a BWG with +5 atk if it hits the godly item feature?

 

i love this feature makes it very easy to know what is good and what is decent for selling

 

Where would I search for an items average stats?
