Closed Ban appeal injustice

mapleroyals game already makes two weeks, enjoyed the game.
When was the day 09/09 I took my first third class (chief bandit).
On Saturday when I was in yreinando coolies disconectou my game and when I tried to log back came the message that I was banned by hack.

I have no reason to use hack in the game, look at my account, I have no money and super rare items.
