Duplicate Double click character results to DC and Quest helper problem

Good day to you Admins,

So my first problem is disconnection, I wanted to try to check my pets hunger just an hour ago. And i dced. I thought it was only some net problem. But after i logged in and tried to double click my character it resulted to disconnection again. I tried doing it on my mule but theres no problem with it.
The IGN of my character with problem is Ezhin
When i dc i get this message


Second is the quest helper: Every time I go to Free market or Relog due to disconnection my saved quest helper which im using for my specific quest that im doing gets changed to another quest helper which are usually "Danger! Quest" and its really troublesome to look for my quest helper that im trying to do.

For the disconnection issue, do you have any items in your wishlist or do you have a pet active?

 

I have items in my wishlist Sir. Yes I have a pet usually used during training for looting and MP pots purpose.

 

Try emptying out your wishlist and see if the issue persists.
