Hello, starting today i simply could not open the game anymore. I double click the .exe icon, tried as administrator either, but the game just wont open anymore.. No massage is shown, it just doesnt open. Task manager doesnt show any process related to mapleroyals either. I disabled my firewalls and windows defender, reinstalled the game, still nothing. Its been almost 24 hours since i cannot open royals anymore . Currently running windows 10, didnt notice any update or installed any new programs in that time. HELLPPP
Server is currently down and has been for hours due to an issue out of the owners control. The hosting company is looking into it. It'll be back up soon, I hope!
But in the mapleroyals site it says server online, just as it did yesterday. The first moment i realized i could not open the game, site said there were 1200 players online Update: i still cant open the game, its been 36 hours.
Update: still cannot open. Reinstalled the game in all possible ways, same problem for over 48 hours.
Mate there was no need to re-install your game, everyone is having issues joining the server. The server has been getting DDoS attacks consistently for the past several days now, they are working on putting a stop to them. Be patient and the server should be back to normal soon enough.
I dont quite understand, if its a server problem, why i can log on normal from any device but my main desktop x.x
I can access using premium VPN please unblock me It has been like this for 72 hours. ip/region restriction since Monday
Stop replying the the thread as it puts you at the bottom of the list. Be patient and they will get to it.
"Be patient and they will get to it" lol its been 7 days and they have not announced anything reguarding working on/fixing the problem. such a game breaking issue and its not even top priority. more important refunding 5 potions or teleporting someone to zak. its proberbly been thrown in the to hard basket just my opinion.
It's been 6 days and all replies i got are "uhh everybody is having problem to log in, be patient"..... everybody except the 1100+ people that are online right now.
We haven't quite forgotten the players who are having issues connecting to the game. Glued has a thread open where members of Staff have actively replied to, trying to find a solution to the problem. It doesn't help much to have too many threads open for the same issue in this case.
