1hit Petri as F/P with buffs

I've read that in order to 1 hit petri's as an F/P I need 1285 magic.

I get around 1243 or so with mw20 and meditation, but I just got echo from a guildie and it's at 1293 with mw20/meditation.
With 1293 I still don't 1hit anywhere near 100% of the time . Is it 1285 without any buffs?

 

do you have meteor 20 or 30?

 

Buffs or not doesnt matter as long as you hit 1285 magic. You need meteor 30 though. To 1 hit with meteor 20 you need around 1330 something i think

 

1360 magic for lvl 20.
