Every. single. time. Every time I warp to Henesys from other town via cab, scroll or walking, whenever I reach near the end of the left side of the map of Henesys town, my client crash, and Error Code : 38 ( You have reached the end of file.) message box pops out. Only the left side of the town, around the portal area. Any idea what causes this? Client is brand new; just downloaded them 3 days ago.
You are the first person to say that it happens every time, it happens occasionally for everyone but that's a known problem. So if you are in Henesys you can't walk from the right side to the left?
It happened 4/4 times today. Relogin on the map, walked to the left and nothing happens. But the moment I travel to Kerning/Ellinia, and warp back to Henesys via scroll/cab and if I appear on the left side of the map, client would crash. Just the left side of the map. Is there any way to prevent this? Or we would need to wait for future update?
That's very very unusual, since I don't know what is causing the problem I don't have a work around for it. Maybe simply try a different channel? Yes you would have to wait for a future update, the major project that is the new source is getting close to be released and would solve this problem, until then there isn't much to do.
