    Also created a new account to play again and immediately got banned even without creating a character

    That's because bans are IP-based and creating a new account to play again is ban evading.

    I don't think you understood Katsuruka very well. When one account gets banned, all others get banned by our system. It's either all or nothing.

    You got caught up in a massive banspree. Don't know why. You should be able to play again.

    My brother (WongWong) tried to log in on my cousin's account (BreadBread) to check if he was still banned after you unbanned me (and he was still banned) , then when I finished voting tried to log in again and the ban message appeared again.
