Duplicate Multi-pet equip disappearance bug

If you have more than 1 pet active, and you try to equip an item such as a meso magnet on the second non-leader pet, the item will dissapear never to be seen again.
As I understand the whole idea of multiple pets is that they are all able to loot, which is impossible if you can only equip stuff on 1 pet.

I bought 2 meso magnets and 2 item pouches for my 2 new pets, and it is all lost. I hope I can get a refund, as I used almost all my NX on this epic failiure.

Also, I can't find anyone who has suffered this same problem, so I guess this is the first time it has been reported.

Bump, which GM can I contact?
~gm seems to be broken, I never gain contact to anyone when I use it.

 

Hi, ~gm works, you may have been unlucky and tried to contact a GM when none were online.

The multipet skill has a number of bugs, this being one of them. While a GM can refund your losses, you can only use equips on the lead pet as far as I know.

EDIT: I think it might be a good idea if the quest could be temporarily disabled until the bugs with the skill are fixed.

 

So, I'll just need to find a GM, and direct the person to this thread, to get my refund?

If I can't make each pet have an item, I'll block using the equips on multiple pets.
