@Sila Hi!!! Great guide using it atm! but on the 2nd job advance - need to change Drain to 18 pts and not 13 Thanks again for the great guide!
Hi @Sila ! Great guide there! The guide says that you can do HT w/o HB with 7.6k HP at 155. But from my experience the past 2 weeks, when i request to join a HT squad, most ask for 9k Hp and the party has no HB. Is there a change in HT dmg that some people are not aware of?
First of all, want to thank Sila and Marty for writing this wonderful guide. Very informative, descriptive, yet very simple! I have a question though. I'm trying to get 7,600 HP by level 155, but I'm not sure about how much INT I need? The guide says 90-110, so I'm confused as to whether I should 90, 91, or even 110? Also, I wouldn't mind seeing your calculations if possible. I tried out different calculations by using different formulas, but none of them gave me the result of 90-110. Then again, I might be doing them wrong. Thanks in advance for the help! Much appreciated!
Just do the calculations yourself! I also had a question about hp wash stated like 4 post above, but no one answered so I had to do the calculations myself and now I know what to do lol. The guide provides you with all the info necessary to do these calculations, just calculate at which level you reach your 1584 excess mp with 90-110 int (that's up to you).
Marty did the math for the HP washing section, I'm not able to help with that as I SUCK at math terribly. I didn't HP wash much at all - I'm a 19x NL with about 7.8k HP or so, HT is a close call sometimes without HB but it is doable. You just need to be careful about your positioning with Head A and Head C (as mentioned in the guide) and be sure to have Hero's Will to spam if you get caught by a mass-seduce while low on HP. When I get a moment I'll fix the thing about Drain.
For each of the hp washing goals, is it enough to have the int given equipment and base stat? Or do I also have to increase my hp using some points when leveling up? If so, how many points do you suggest to be added to hp?
Rustygreen, INT equipments/base INT is all you need. How much of them you need varies based on your HP goals. Also, when you level up, you'll just need to put AP points into HP and then using AP resets, taking out points out of MP and placing them into your damage stat.
Thanks for your response Rauf! One follow up question: I will need reset some points from AP into my damage stat on every level up? This seems very expensive! - I would need to buy resets every level. Is it recommended to do this mp to damage stat as early as possible (like leveling up 10)?
You need to reset points from MP into your damage stat whenever you have enough MP to do that. So depending on your HP goal, you might not need to do this 5 times per level. According to this guide, you should start doing this after level 70. First, this'll allow you to gain more MP compared to being a lower level. And second, this should make sure that you reach your goal by your target level as far as I know.
Actually he's right in that Squids are Dangerous Sea Gorge, but Gobies are Deep Sea gorge. Either way you get the point, and both gobies and squids are good training.
Is there a post anywhere which has the recommended ranges wanted to join parties for different bosses?
New player here. You stated: "(2) 7,600 HP by Level 155 This can also be achieved without the need for base INT; however it would be a lot more difficult, as you would require really good INT equipment to cover the necessary MP required. As an alternative, you may, of course, choose to add base INT instead of acquiring INT equipment, that’s entirely up to you. Recommended Total INT: 90 – 110 (Before Level 70) Approx. 2,900 HP to gain, done within 132 washes or 1,584 excess MP *Be sure to wash using fresh AP gained from Level Up Approx. Total Cost: 1,320,000,000 mesos + 10,000,000 for every AP you have added into INT Levels to Wash at: Starting from Level 70, as and when you have enough MP for the next wash." Just wondering why it would take up to lvl 155 to achieve this? There are only 132 washes, and say you use 4 AP from each lvl starting at lvl 70 to hp wash. 132/4=33, so why does it take up to lvl 155? I literally just found out what HP washing was yesterday so sorry if it's a dumb question.
It's meant to be a "By this level you want this goal" not necessarily "You will reach this goal at 155", sorry - I didn't write the HP washing section itself, as I don't really do HP washing.
Hello Sila, I'm in love with your guide as it really compels me to create an NL but unfortunately I'm not financially stable so I have a few burning questions in mind. What bosses am I at a disadvantage against if I do not hp wash my NL at all? Also, when you said "Recommended Total INT: 25 – 40 before LV. 70 or so", do you mean I should have 25-40 int for all levels before level 70 or just for level 69 at the point right before I level up to 70? Thanks!
For 69 and all levels after. Wearing int earlier doesn't hurt though. Here is an hp washing calculator so you can find how much int you need in your case, as I don't know your level / stats: http://royalshpwash.synergize.co/hp-washing.html?i=1
Giving this a bump for visibilty for new players! I have some tweaks I need to make to it for the bodyguard section. But I will do that later
Thought I'd mention that the final skill distribution for Assassins is incorrect. It says you should end up with 13 in drain, but I believe it should be 18. Threw me off a bit when redistributing skill points
Just so you know the math for the 2nd job skill points is wrong. You only used 115 SP instead of 121 in the pictures! (Right or am I crazy?)
