    Problem: You can not get past the Character Selection Screen - MAC prohibition Account.
    Character name: KirbyChang
    Additional Information: already finish my prohibition and can not enter to select the character.

    A character called Penlsmagic was permanently banned from our server, and used the same computer as yours.
    That would be why you currently can not log in.
