Notice [DOWNLOAD] New .wz files

    Hi everyone,

    The Patcher/New .wz files are now available for download.

    For windows users:

    Download the all of these new .wz files from: http://royals.ms/patch/latest/ and place them into your MapleRoyals folder.

    For MAC users:

    You will need to manually download the new .wz files from: http://royals.ms/patch/latest/ and place them into your MapleRoyals wrapper.

    Also note that, if you get an error when trying to run the patcher, running it as an administrator helps! :)

    Not at the moment, the setup doesn't have the latest .wz files in it yet, sorry. It should be sorted out tomorrow hopefully. For now you will have to use the method(s) in the first post of this thread.

    I tried the first method but it just says the Trapatcher has stopped working. When i click problem details it says "appcrash" if that helps. I also tried Xens suggestion and i get the same thing. Any ideas on how to fix this? If not, ill try manually downloading

    Replaced client with new one, manually patched the 4 files, still doesnt work.

    Deleted the shortcut I made, and run the client itself directly, now it works, no idea why.
    Makes no sence to me..

    2 things to fix this:

    1) the files you extract from the patcher zip file should be put in the main royals folder

    2) right click and run as administrator


    Unless you are on a MAC:

    Then you can't use the patcher, you'll have to update the files manually

    Couple of small wz files slightly modified (Approx 65MB). First post updated.

    Windows: Open the patcher again and allow it to patch.

    Can we get an approximate time on how long the server will be down? :o I just want to know so I can go do something else for now and still be able to come back in time :)

    Hey,

    Patcher.exe created a new folder "Patcher" in MapleRoyals. It downloaded the 4 files, good.
    After that, he did another thing (was afk, didn't see it) but the progress gauge had advanced... A window appeared and told me something like "Error while .... Mob.wz", and then TraPatcher has stopped running.

    And now, I launched the patcher again, and it deleted the 4 files and started to download them again.

    Any help ?

    I'm not sure why that error happened for you :( Maybe it thought that mob.wz was in use already somehow? Try rebooting and trying it again?

    I got this.
    First it took like2 hours to download the damn patch. And when it finnaly pathced this happenend.
    I couldn`t move the patcher box so i don`t know what the message says but looking at taskmanager id say it is an error xD

    Any help?

    Sounds similar to the problem the person above had. You can either try rebooting and doing it again, or download the files manually from the mac option.

    Or maybe you still have the downloaded files in MapleRoyals\Patcher\ which you could try copy/pasting to the main folder.

    This actually adds to the nostalgia for me cause everytime EMS got a patch it diddn`t work and i had to wait a few days till i could redownload the game with the patch included in the main file XD
