you're not banned. are you sure your files are up to date since october 14th and 20th? if they are, make sure to disable your virtualbox MAC address before attempting to play.
i downloaded the game from the download page twice from the first option of Google Drive and im not using virtualbox. im on win 10.
there is a virtualbox MAC address connected to your logins which is something that blocks you from logging in.
I'm sure you can figure that out on your specific setup of OS and program directory with some aid from a search engine
I uninstalled VirtualBox and deleted all remaining files with "virtualbox" in their name, and I can now play. Thank you.
