Why do you think you got banned?:I told my little brother press the HS key when I go out, cause he want play another game by my computer and I told him to do this, but when I back I found I am banned. He is too young to know English. I think maybe I'm mistake as a robot.

it's too cruel. I've spend all my time in this game to develop this charater, and vote for mapleroyals for about two month, just ask my brother to add HS for my teamate for a few minute, than I can never see my charater again. Cause at that time I don't think it might cause violent imbalance in this game. is this behavior unforgivable? if I want introduce mapleroyals to anyone else, than he want play my charater for trial, than I should be banned too? if it is impossible to lift the ban, can I get my meso and NX cash and all the stuff back to another account? it's really hard for me to get these. I really love this game, and I support it, if I can't get those things back, it's really makes me hurt. please, beg you.

 

This may sound really harsh or cruel but if you wanted to play and support this server, you should've actually read the rules you had claimed to have agreed to when you made your account.
Since you have agreed to this server's T&C, there is no excuse for you to have been unaware of the fact that letting other players play on your account is strictly prohibited here.
Because of this you have been permanently banned as a person and are thus not welcome anymore.

but i never let him know my account name and password. how can a 7 years old kid can be treat as a player? what if i leave for a minute, and my dog jump to my keyborad, i also got to be banned? it is really hard to understand. maybe its culture difference, i dont really understand the T&C

 

The rules state that only you are allowed to play on your account, nobody else.
So if you ask your 7 year old brother to play the game for you, that counts as account sharing.
This means that if your dog jumps on the keyboard there's no issue, but if the dog turns out to be playing the game for you then it's a different case.
As for not understanding the T&C, we have a translated version of it available so I don't consider this a valid excuse.
