    The stats of the rewards are not subjected to change by regular and godly stat changes on items found by monster drops as they are essentially quest rewards.
    the 6 hour timer is character based, which means everyone has their own cooldown based on when they last completed the quest.

    I'm also having trouble finding powder sugar. It seems like it drops significantly less often then the other items.

    why is the pie monster so rare? I was able to find 2 of them so far on separate places and they don't spawn often as robo turkey.

    We are aware of this, but since we had no wizet update for this event we couldn't change it at the time.
    This will however be corrected the next wizet patch!
