I know you already told me Matt that MoN's are not in this version. But what I propose is an event, really hard quest, or really hard exchange maker. In sted of a real MoN it would be a dep. star with the same stats as a MoN. And of corse this would be 0 slots and untradeable.

Reasons for MoN: the 15 acc and 10 atk is very nice for BM, MM, Heros, DrK, Pally, Nl, Shad, Buccaneer, and Sair

I think it's a pretty cool idea, could be obtainable by a (difficult) questline or an event like SMC. Or perhaps even a boss/bosses (e.g. hunt pieces for the quest from different bosses)?
Maybe as reward from a PQ (BPQ?)

In v62 items do not have dynamic flags, that means they can not make a dep star to be untradeable

Then why not create a modded Horus Eye, that's the only item that comes to mine that is an untradeable pendant atm.

I do agree with the idea of making MoN available in some way. Perhaps CWKPQ will be added some day, though I'm sure it wouldn't be that easy to get it working.
