Duplicate Robo Pet Pick-up range bug?

Hi❢ My Robo pet leaves a lot of stuffs on the floor. even when using all items.
I do something wrong? or it's the pet? My other char has pink bunny and seems to work fine. ^^"
as Robo is 12k NX I am little worried!

It also sometimes randomly sets hunger to 15..
its possible to get refund?・・・

 

That happens to all pets, not just this one. As for not picking up drops, does this happen to drops immediatly after you killed the monster, or have they been on the floor longer?

Because that is what happens to me.
