Getting a firewall error does not mean you're banned, but rather that there's a connectivity issue between you and the server.
I've been getting the error all day. Connecting worked fine yesterday, so I just assumed I was IP banned. It wouldn't launch on any of the computers I tried, and even at my friend's house it wouldn't work. Others I know have experienced the same issue today, but w/e, it works again c:
