    Its been a week since ive been banned it says that my ban should be off at the 31th and 10 am and now its the 31th and like 12:30 am

    Your ban runs until 10.46pm server time today rather than 10.46am.

    The time on the website is not stuck. However the time shown actually it out by 1 hour to the server time. This will be fixed next server check. So you will need to wait 1 hour later than what it says before you account gets unbanned. This does not mean that you have been banned for a longer duration than you should have been.
