I know many people who play maple royals in my college dorm, so how would voting work in this case? would all of us need to be whitelisted? kinda of an inconvinence. There's about 200 people in my dorm as well..
I found this old post, seems it was acceptable just to make staff aware that you are on a dorm network. https://royals.ms/forum/threads/voting-rules.15580/#post-88680 Not sure who you would message now though as Katsuruka isn't active and you'll probably need to vote via a mobile network.
