Do you miss WoW Vanilla/TBC/WOTLK? Please sign this petition

I played Nostalrius for a short time, but the featured added in by the next two updates were more enjoyable. WoTLK is probably my favorite, but Nostalrius was fun in it's own way. Shame that it was shut down, but Blizzard can take a flying leap if it think's I'm wasting $20 a month on a game that I don't play constantly. Private servers are comparable in a sense to android games for smartphones, don't need to constantly play, plus many of them are free with optional donations if you enjoy it enough.

Just realized I rambled together two completely different trains of though, so I'm going to leave this wreckage here and walk away now...

 

WoW is 12 a month, not 20 and can be bought for even less if you buy a longer subscription. But most players buy game time with gold nowadays.

 

If only Nexon and Blizzard would have a heart and listen to the people, like Jagex did <3

 

I will never see Nexon make a new vanila server

1) MapleStory used so many versions and what people see as 'nostalgia' is way too big of a range. Example some see v83 as nostalgia, some see v38 as nostalgia (pre 4th job) and some see v62 as nostalgia (pirates)
2) Private Servers spoiled so many people that nobody want play 1x anymore, even with 3000 people. Don't say you will... you won't.
3) Big Bang earn them waaay more than old Maple ever did for them.

I won't say I won't like it if they did, but I can see why they won't.

if anyone still looking at this, elysium have been given the source coding from the nost team and they are working together to make nostalrius great again #hype inb4 it sucks though ;.;

I've never played WoW in my life, and maybe I'd be down to try it on Elysium. (RIP if everyone I know quits and goes to WoW.) But I'd really, really like it if we had like, a Munchkin guild there. Idk, for raids or something. Is that possible?

 

We can do that if you want, if what the posts say are true and they are importing all the old nostalrius accounts im already max level/geared though haha. I played with mikey and he had never played and he got addicted to it pretty easily

thats the old server they are importing in though not the new fresh start server, that comes later
