You don't need to activate a quest for this. Once you have farmed 4 types of food, head to Henesys Hunting Ground (left portal in Henesys), then go up a rope to Henesys Hunting Ground 2. Go up the PINK rope and you'll see Mom & Dad. Turn in the food items and you are rewarded with nx and one of four items required for Rudolph's Shiny Nose or Snow Fur Cape. Once you have the four items, go to NLC and find O-Pongo.
