We wanted to show our gratification and appreciation to the GMs, especially to the ones in Home and Radio. They guided us into what we will forever call our Home. But you're probably wondering – what's the reason for the ‘87’? Well, Station87 is the alliance name between Radio and Home.


Since all the members in this submission are from Home and Radio, we decided to dedicate our tree to the GMs in our alliance!


On our left, we have Radio:

- Manny - We know that you love gaming, and that you're always streaming on Twitch. So, we’ve decorated the tree with a video game controller.

- Princess Jeen - The princess of the guild (; . We know how much you love your kitty babies, so it wouldn't make much sense if we didn't include them. You’re also a hardcore stoppers farmer (3x clients…), so these Heartstoppers are dedicated to you.

- Aaron - You're busy with real life doing Shepherd-things, but we know you're working hard in becoming an Orchestra Conductor iirc.​

And, to the right we have Home:

- Sila – You’re the cuddly soft polar bear of Home who’s always there to provide guidance and assistance when we have a question about the game. Not many people know this since you're pretty quiet in game, but you're a very warm, soft, and welcoming person to speak to (like a teddy bear).

- Michael/Mike - You're in both guilds, but we always see you talking in Alliance chat. From our Discord conversations, you mentioned about liking cats. That’s why the kitty is a perfect representation – you're pretty quiet until you’re forced to walk people back to their hostel in the rain we get to know you better.

- Stan – Since your snaps are always of you hard at work creating the t-Virus on your Masters, we’ve included some beakers here to help you along.

- Matty – We can't say much about what we put down. That beard though... and gingerbreads are Swedish, right?

- Kiv - We couldn't find a Totoro drop ): so this is the closest we got. We also know you're always awake/on at the most random hours, so we thought this Panda suited you.

- Ray - \o sadly we don't know much about Ray, but we always see you in Discord talking about Overwatch with Cyndy!​

It's the little things that count.

The concept we were going for in this bedazzling tree, is to razzle up the Christmas spirit with so much dazzle, that it would be legen-waitforit-dairy. From the Oxford dictionary, to "Razzle Dazzle":

1. noisy, showy, and exciting activity and display designed to attract and impress.

How else could the Christmas atmosphere be Litten up from the these mediocre saplings? The alignment of the bells and the lights represents the symmetry in our lives when the Christmas holiday comes around, bringing everyone together and creating equality in the celebration of the spirit of Christmas. The gingerbread couple are a symbol for the coming together of family for this special occasion. Let your eyes be dazzled when we razzle on the 25th of Christmas. The tree can put a twinkle in your eye, brighter than any star in the observable universe. S/O to our guild Radiance for showing us how to razzle-dazzle the proper way, and thanks to all our friends for teaching us the meaning of unity and being there for each other when in need, so here's to a fantastic 2017. Every one of us in this server is a star, and we come together to form a dazzling family, each and every one of us. We all shine bright like a diamond, and we're all some bedazzling sum-b*tches. Look at all those presents under the tree, where each present signifies how giving and caring the Royal's community has been recently. That's a "wrap"!

Concept of tree (optional): I always wanted to get these maple banadanas when playing but never got the chance. Here in Royals i got the chance to get the Maple bandana and I wear it all the time. I took a bit of persuasion but Lindh agreed to join my simple tree xD We have fun Royaling although I am bossy sometimes.

Concept Of Tree: The Dimi-Tree




We have dedicated our entry to Administrator @Dimitri for several reasons. Long ago Dimitri was just like any other Royaler, until Mid-September of 2015 when he was recruited to be a Team Member/GM in the MapleRoyals Staff.
Not only did the MapleRoyals Staff see that he was an extremely helpful/active member, but the MapleRoyals Community did as well!
And in just 14 short Months after that, Dimitri was promoted to be an Administrator!
Hard Work knows Hard Work. Real knows Real. And we know that Administrator Dimitri definitely has both of these life qualities, plus a lot more.
And for that, to represent Dimitri in the most accurate way possible, we also worked very meticulously on the decorations of this Christmas Tree. From "twitch-moving" around the Map to get that perfect end-frame to making sure that the spacing of each ornament was flawless to the precise timing of the Santa & Reindeer Shadow in the background night-sky. It was the load of work.
But above everything, the core of our concept was to theme our decorations around the legendary Crispy Snake and Slippery Spider.

 

And to claim post #87 for the best tree!

2016 has been an amazing year. And it all comes together with a tree for us to decorate. It's our chance to collect all those memories we share, the loot from mobbing, the items we’ve been collecting, the excitements and the never ending pursuit of greatness.

We’ve all been through all these moments, which most people in Royals, would vividly recall: hard-ass grindings time, watching your mesos drained from leeching, failing (or sometimes passing) scrolls, chasing rare forging stuff, gachapon loots, and high-end equipments. And that is, the very moments that we wanna showcase.

Along with all these exciting events, we’ve always been surrounded by nice people and close friends. And it’s because of them, Royals has never failed being joyful and adventurous regardless of the down times we all have from time to time. So on this holiday, We want to yell out “Merry Christmas” to y’all and wish everyone’s going to keep having a good time like we did in the last year.
