    Problem: Donor hair got reset but didn't get RP refund
    Details: don't have a photo of my hair before the update.

    As the update says, no one has been refunded yet.
    It will come in a future update.

    Is there an ETA on this update? Haven't really been playing over the past two months but still haven't got RP or hair back :(
