Duplicate NL Skills Got Stuck

    Problem: Skills still getting stuck, after a mass dc.

    More details: i tried to haste and its worked, been waiting for booster and meso up to get disabled, server got frozen after around 20 seconds.

    1) This isnt critical
    2) If the server froze the issue isnt with the skills (which are already reported) but it's because of the server freeze.

    No... i already said i tried to haste and its worked, the other skills we're frozen.
    its happened after a mass dc i was helping a friend with quest.
    Reported just incase so it could get looked.
