Fixed Ilbi's can not be recharged

i just recharged my cillbi just now, worked for me.

 

Yeah, my cilbi worked fine as well. Not ilbi's though.

 

You can recharge Hwabis and Cilbis only. They fixed that you don't consume stars/bullets but they didn't fix the recharging issue which makes training with NL's that don't have Cilbis a huge pain. My friend has to use subis now with no Shadow Partner as well which is pretty horrible, should've been fixed at the same time tbh.

 

This will be fixed with the next update
