So I've managed to get my Parallels working again, so thought I'll pop by to visit after not playing for 6 months (new sauce!!!) :) The client works fine but opens in full screen, and I've tried changing it to windowed mode, by selecting in the in-game settings menu and by pressing Alt+Enter. Both have resulted in the screen just turning completely black, with sound still running normally (implying the clients are still functioning properly). Anyone else facing a similar issue? Thanks for any help! :)

More information: even when I access the in-game settings menu to do something else (like mute game music) and select it, without choosing windowed mode, the same thing happens - black screen with music playing as usual. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

What OS are you running inside parallels? XP and 7 work best, and if you're using those you may need to remove the compatibility mode entirely.

Thanks for responding @Sila, I'm using Windows XP on Parallels!

Also, pretty sure it's merely a graphical issue - when the screen goes black and I hover my mouse around aimlessly, my cursor makes the same sound as it would going over clickable buttons, so functionality-wise there shouldn't be an issue.

Then try changing it to a different compatibility mode maybe, see if any of them help?
