It goes from lowest level bows to higher level bows. The att increases between bows are noticeable from level requirement. Certain bow colour types differ in att limit of bows. Go to bbb.hiddenstreet I believe. Google it, it shows all the maplestory information of equips before big bang and you can figure it out just by looking at it. Just ignore a few of them like tubes/120weapons/crimson arclancer should be it. The strongest strless bow would be the level 77maple bow which is an exception to hidden-street because it's from a newer version. The strongest bow would be the dragon shiner bow, then to the nisrocks as 2nd, and so on. I hope this answers your question.
The maple kandiva bow (64) should be your strongest strless bow on this server. Maple pyrope weapons came far after v.62
Except we can get the pyrope weapons from the cake boss. Maple pyrope bow is currently the strongest strless bow.
