What kind of sports do you guys do?

    It's really long soooo...

    I used to play Badminton competitively in high school, but lost interest shortly after I started University. I still play once in a while with couple of friends.

    I had a short interest in biking. I used to drag a couple of friends to do a yearly summer bike ride (50km) along the coast. That tradition stopped a couple of years ago when my friends all moved away for work/school, so I ended up giving up biking.

    Right now, I have an interest in hiking... but it's too cold and rainy right now to hike. I make an effort to hike every year on my birthday or do a road trip up the island to hike a few trails.

    HIKING! Man, I hate walking/running. Lol! Hiking would be my worst nightmare. Although, I do love biking when I can be bothered to drag my fat ass out the house. XD

    Powerlifting seems to be popular!

    Maybe I should take it up.. Don't think my weak ass arms would do any good though.

    Its basically bodyweight training, like Pull ups, Push ups, Muscle ups.. etc.
    You can look it up, its amazing :p

    Swimming 4 mornings and sometimes some evenings per week (well, it's my job as a lifeguard after all o/) and climbing with friends something like 2 or 3 times per week. Love climbing but my arms are just soooo painful after a session >.<

    Weeeee another poler :love::love: The main sport I do currently is just pole fitness and I absolutely love love lovee it! Here's a glimpse into one of my practice sessions. This is one of the less frustrating ones I've worked on ^_^'

    Also would really like to take up muay thai, parkour and do some more rock climbing! ^_^

    Time to show my UGLY face as I do a slow muscle up coming off of a rotator cuff injury. Gym was nasty, smelly and excessively humid that day.

    done muay thai/bjj for over 4years, you won't regret taking it! especially look into bjj i think the women in our classes have a lot more fun doing it because they realise how physically strong they actually are after taking classes!

    oOo you just reminded me there's a centre that teaches bjj near me, sounds super fun so i'll defs be looking into it haha!

    Swimming!! When I was training the most I was doing between 8 to 10 practice sessions per week for 2 hours each; sort of glad I only swim for recreational purposes now :p
    Kind of sucks when your sport doesn't get much regular coverage or attention on the media :'(
