Just wanted to point out I started to get some random DCs after the last update , however , the game is stil running very smoothly for me so I don't think its my internet , might only be me facing this problem idk .

Im getting randomly kicked to login screen aswell, and its not the blackscreen issue.

 

As Martin said , I get to the login screen only , and I can relog right after .
It only happens on one client , the rest are fine .

Don't quote me on this, but the DC issue is probably regional and caused by incapsula. I'm affected by it as well (playing from SEA region), but it seems fine from my guildmate's end, who's from Netherlands.

 

I'm fairly sure that incapsula is only on the website and forums, not on the game servers.

 

Either that or the Limestone thingy. TBH I'm just repeating what Sila told me on shoutbox 2 days ago. Might be or might not be the source of problem, but something is definitely affecting us in a certain region!

 

No. Incapsula does run through the game server as well. It's the DDOS protection. We're looking into the d/c issues, it's affecting us as well.
