This isn't a bug. this is normal, if using an attacking skill with a long animation, your pet will not refill your HP bar, this varies of course, and using buffs tend's to do this the most.
This tends to happen by the same thing that 'sticks' you and makes you unable to go through portals. Using a potion manually and avoiding broken skills tends to prevent it, as well as not re-casting a buff until it's expired.
So just to confirm, is this intended or a bug? Once the skills are fixed, will auto mp/hp work normally?
This is a bug, just as I said tit's the same bug that makes you unable to go through portals. Once skills are fixed they should work properly.
