A little bit long so sorry about that... Since I'm a newbie (never washed before actually) and I don't feel like making a bishop (not for the sake of grinding\selling leech and making money, at least) I would like to open a Drk as my bossing character since they are the least expensive to wash and my NL is most likely going to be unwashed so no early real bossing with him lol Now, I wanna reach 30k HP (with HB obviously), but I did not find anywhere the INT gear I need to make it happen. Like the EXACT amount of INT on my gear to reach that goal as a Drk. Obiously it is not 150 INT or something crazy, but I don't think 30 int will be enough...? I wanna get the INT gear before I even open the Drk so I need to know what gear should I be focused on getting. Like, how much INT robe do I need? Earrings? Cape? Bandana (before I hit 50 for Zakum helm)? Wooden wand? Maybe someone here already made a Drk and reached the 30k HP goal so he can tell me what INT gear he used to reach that goal? I'm far from rich, but I'm not VERY poor. I have around 1b pure mesos on my main, TONS, and I mean TONS of INT (cape\overall\earrings\wand) scrolls from farming with my hermit and not bad items in general so maybe I have around 1.7-2b total and it's growing pretty fast. So I think I can pull this off somehow, I always was a lucky scroller in GMS (before WS) and good at farming and making money. TL ; DR How much INT on my gear will be enough to reach 30k hp with a Drk? Thanks guys
Before you do all of that, it's a good idea to find out exactly how much total INT you need to achieve 18750 hp at X level range. Using Suricates HPW calculator, with a guesstimate of a lv30 spearman w/1550 HP and 250 MP base, to obtain 18750 HP on an average scale he would need: 39 int @ lv30; 190 apr required; lv140 achieve goal Spoiler: why ↑ is a more accurate calculation compared to the other two (Since every 10 int gives you 1 mp extra per level up; all you need to do for this is to round the 39 int up to 40 and your set) 31 int @ lv30; 176 apr required; lv150 achieve goal 23 int @lv40; 14 apr required; lv160 achieve goal So you would need 40 int by lvl 30; easy job: 4 base int (4 total) 10 int br -> 10 of 100% overall armor for int scrolls on a bathrobe (14 total) 10 int helm -> 10 of 100%overall helm for int scrolls on a green bandana (24 total) 6 int wand -> 6m, buyable in fm. (30 total) 3/4 int earrings; 7/6 int cape (40 total)
Thank you for your post! This is exactly what I needed. Can you give me a link to that calculator? So I need to get that gear, level him to 140 and then wash all the MP to HP? And it's easier than I thought it would be. 40 INT is very easy to get from what it seems and even now I can scroll all that easily+afford most of the aprs. Very doable even for a new player!
https://royals.ms/forum/threads/suricates-mapleroyals-hp-washing-calculator-webpage.51674/ To get more accurate results, level your spearman to lv30 then input in your current data in there. To double check Suricate's HPW calculator (based on an average scale): I'd say that Suricate's calculator is pretty much accurate, since on an average scale, a unwashed lv15x Drk gets 13k+ HP. (note: 13,000 + 5720 = 18720 hp) My calculations shows that by lv15x, with 40 total int you should hit 18750. But Suricates HPW calc showed it would be done by 14x. This is probably due to his anticipation of extra MP gotten from normal gain/job advancement which can be ultilized to wash out even further. ===================================================== edit: The correct estimate for a drk HP is low 10k's at lv 14x. Hence, a rough calculation here... 10,000 + 5720 = 15720 total hp at lv 14x 18750 - 15720 =3030 hp lacking in order to hit 30k w/HB 3030 hp / 52 (average hp gain) = 58 washes required this 58 washes translates to you needing 58 x 4 = 232 extra MP needed to wash. And to get 232 MP, you would need... 232/2 =116 levels with 20 more total int. TLDR: total int required by lv 30 = 60 int. By lv14-15x, you will be able to attain enough mp to wash out 18750 hp.
@Thoran using Suricate's HPWC, Based on your spearman's current stats: You can attain 18750 hp by lv 125 with approx 208 apr w/ 389 mp gained extra through INT. edit: Now to double check this through manual calculations:
Not sure how you get these numbers , but a level 150 Drk would only get to 9.7-10k clean HP only without washing .
I always felt that something was amiss with my numbers, and I went to recheck this. https://royals.ms/forum/threads/hp-washing-for-drks.20751/ Indeed, the hp at approx 14x is about 10ks, which means the entire calculation need to be redone @TopKEK @Thoran
From what I saw from the threads you have posted, LuckyLook was right about the INT. 56 from gear and 4 from my stats will be enough to hit that goal @ 140. Total 60 INT is not too hard to get. So yeah, from what it seems 50-60 will be enough for Drk. I wonder if that amount of INT will be enough for other classes as well (assassin, bowman, gunslinger) to HT at around 160. Not for 30k HP obviously, just to be able to take hits.
i approxed a lv30 sin's base hp/mp @ 750/420 and yeah, it is possible with 60 int to hit 6k hp by 160. with HB that is well over enough to tank ht (7800 magic damage)
I found an old pic of my lvl 35 sin from GMS who had 1187 HP and 730 MP on that level. So it is like 1k HP and 655 MP @ lvl 30? But when I'm using the calculator it says I need 250+ INT when I lvl up which is impossible to get unless you have like 100-300b of funds lol so I must be doing something wrong
Hi TopKEK! Here's a spreadsheet I use to calculate HP washing for a Dark Knight. Note that the calculations don't account for job advance HP gain, but the second page of the sheet shows these values, so you can manually add them. From my experience, a Spearman at level 56 with 4 int and no int equips has roughly 3271 HP and 477 MP.
So does that mean I need to set as a goal 80 INT in total with 76 int from equips? Now that is more challenging! 2b+- for AP resets and 76 total INT gear...Challenging but doable. By the way, if I get the 80-76 INT gear, will it be enough to wash any character in the future? Or do you need more INT for assassins, corsairs and bowmen? Just to survive HT\BF and be able to boss in general, maybe solo pap or something like that..Will it be enough?
It depends when you start wearing int gear, having 80 int would be more than enough if you start wearing int gear at level 30! As for assassins, corsairs and bowmen, you might want to look into MP Washing, but the amount of INT you need entirely depends on your HP goal and by what level. Do you plan on reaching the minimum 9k HP to HT comfortably?
I'm planning on scrolling\buying the INT gear before I even open my Drk. So yeah, from the lowest level possible, even 10-15 (low level gear like bandana and single earrings) to get the most out of it. As for the ranged classes, I don't really need something crazy like 25k+ HP Corsair\NL. I'm thinking about lvl 155 or even 160-165 with enough HP to survive HT. I don't really mind being dependent on HB there since you don't solo HT anyway and for Pianus\BF\Anego I will have my Drk to tank their damage. Don't really know much about bossing, never did any before. Being able to solo papulatus will be nice as well. The question is, will 80-76 int gear be enough for all classes to have or it is more complicated than that?
check out Sila's nl guide which includes hp wash: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/a-comprehensive-night-lord-guide.23303/ It says you need about 7.6k hp to be survive in ht: (2) 7,600 HP by Level 155 This can also be achieved without the need for base INT; however it would be a lot more difficult, as you would require really good INT equipment to cover the necessary MP required. As an alternative, you may, of course, choose to add base INT instead of acquiring INT equipment, that’s entirely up to you. Recommended Total INT: 90 – 110 (Before Level 70) Approx. 2,900 HP to gain, done within 132 washes or 1,584 excess MP *Be sure to wash using fresh AP gained from Level Up Approx. Total Cost: 1,320,000,000 mesos + 10,000,000 for every AP you have added into INT Levels to Wash at: Starting from Level 70, as and when you have enough MP for the next wash.
