Fixed Unable to add SP into Snipe

    Hi @Matt, apologies for the late reply.

    The issue still persists as of the 20th Jan update.

    I am unable to add SP to snipe in FM, and outside of FM, just to double check if it was an FM issue.

    You should be able to allocate skill points into Snipe as of the next update.

    I am unable to add skills to Rush as well. Please fix this!!

    The fix makes it so any 4th job skill that is acquired after the job advancement that has 0 skill points allocated can have skill points allocated into it, so Rush (along with any other 4th job skill) should be fixed as well.
