Closed Account/Character Stuck

Problem: Crashes upon character selection
Details: Might be in Happyville still, haven't played since Christmas. Just need to be moved elsewhere.

Lol you just need to re-download the client like everyone else did. There's no way you can still be in happyville.

 

Did you try to log into channel 16? Every character that was in Happyville was moved automatically already.

 

Okay, but it still doesn't explain why when I select my character I crash. xx_missabby_xx I have the newest client, that is not the problem.

Edit: @Sila No, I didn't go to channel 16. Look at my log ins, I haven't even got into the new client due to character crashes.

 

Were you ever previously banned? Have a donor pet or something?

 

I have never been banned at all in Royals, I have no ban history on my accounts.

 

You didnt answer the second question though - did you have a donator pet?

 

Sorry, no I don't have a donor pet. I am however logging in from a new IP address.

 

This issue has been fixed and doesn't require any more action, thank you.
