Hi hi GMs! I'm here with another BUG report. This one is pretty bad. I realized I had a LOT of inactive friends in game and figured to try organizing things more by making a folder where I'd move my active friends. Once done, I realize their names totally disappeared on my list entirely. They can tell when I log in, but I cannot for them. I can see their buddy chats, but when I attempt to speak with them... it states that I have no active friends online. I hope I explained things well enough so you can figure out the issue. Not necessarily... My list at the time wasn't 100. Just before I made the new folder to organize my friends into folders (according to activeness), I deleted some obvious inactive players. It was only because things got harder after removing some players I decided to make a folder for my more consistent friends to make things easier for future removal.
I had this happen too, from what I remember deleting them and having them delete you, and both of you re-adding each other fixed it? I think? I honestly don't even remember how we fixed it when it happened to us. It was a few days of trying different things.
I had a look, but I cannot even see their names anymore... My list looks totally empty, yet I can still see their chats under buddy chat.
Try adding them again, first. Then you both delete one another. Give it 3 minutes after that, then relog.
