Unable to log into website and I would guess game

cant log into my account on main website. I keep getting incorrect password or account name. It's been awhile but I'm sure of my info

 

Then reset your password. There's a "forget password?" function implemented already.

 

I get the same message after password reset

 

Weird. I'm able to login to my account with no issue.

 

Make sure your password is not longer than 12 characters
