IGN: Handwriting I thought I was imagining things but it appears that I've had 255 AP for a few levels now. I've allocated all those points into HP and will reset later but was wondering if a GM can look at my stats and issue a refund on the missing points. I apologize for not spotting this issue earlier. I've been saving my AP since lvl 7x and didn't realize there was a hard limit. On a side note, I also didn't receive my 3rd job advancement max hp/mp - I job advanced after new source. Will that be refunded too, in the near future? I'm afraid to go for my 4th job advancement if I'm not going to get my HP boost (currently lvl 119). Thanks!
I've allocated 115 points into MP throughout 2nd job and as of yesterday when I realized there was an issue, allocated all stored 255 AP points into HP.
It's a known issue, affected many people who advanced in the new source. It will be refunded alongside the next update, from what I heard (but don't hold my words for it, because we won't know if things goes awry).
I see. Thanks for letting me know that it's not just me. The downside to all this is that I don't have a screenshot of my 3rd job advancement so I don't know how I can "prove" anything. I made the character before new source but didn't make it to 3rd job until after new source.
Don't worry. Like those affected, many didn't realised it until someone pointed it out. The staffs said they have ways to refund those who're affected, and it should also apply for those who did not make a thread about it.
The thread was locked because of the bumping, as we work oldest to newest bumping puts your thread last. Was sent this in PM: Since the new source limit of capping AP at 255, my NL has lost some AP during leeching endeavors. I'm lvl 127 at the moment and I should have 660 total stats (126 lvls x 5 AP = 630. You get 25 stats at lvl 1 so 630+25 = 655. You also get 5 AP during 4th job so 655 +5 = 660. My current total base stat is 497. I have 137 points I have to reset from my MP into LUK so 497 + 137 = 634. The difference then is 660 - 634 = 26 AP points I'm missing. I initially added 1 AP to HP in order to start the MP washing process so I'm technically missing 25 AP or 5 levels. Hope this helps! My IGN is Handwriting if you need to verify.
