Play the game as is, farm things, grind. Or alternatively step outside and go do something irl, like visit a park or the beach or something. Visit the local humane society and help volunteer, etc.
Will increase drop rates make these items drop in value? What scrolls should I be farming or should I just farm and npc equips?
sure they will i would suggest u farm overall INT 60% because apart from this scroll, goby and bone fish drop a lot of equips even if goby spawn is nerfed. so farming oa int 60% u will get scrolls as well as real meso here is a video showing how to farm at goby's
