With the way everything has been going, being short-staffed etc, fixing cash shop, we have already missed out not only on valentines event, But now Easter, with May just around the corner, not only on my behalf, but for the loyal players who have stayed during this dark and ominous time, am I to assume that there will be no anniversary as well? I understand how you are *busy* trying to get this done as soon as possible, but are you going to get things up to snuff by the time anniversary hits, or are we gonna miss a third holiday event? Thank you
I don't really know how to best answer your question since it's negatively worded, though I certainly understand why you did so. While our intent was to not miss these holidays, we did. All I can say is that the plan is do something for the anniversary event but admittedly, we have not had much discussion about specifics because as you stated in your post, there's much going on. I agree it's unacceptable but I'm also not going to promise you and the community "Yes we're going to have an anniversary event and you'll find out soon" when we haven't even discussed it yet besides "We need an anniversary event and it's coming up" "Yeah" *goes back to CS testing* So as I said, I really don't know how to best answer your question but we do realize events are something we can and should do for the Royals community.
Hey John maybe if, when everything is done, you give everyone a week's notice so that they can plan around attending a series of events that you guys hold for people to get items missed throughout the year?
I don't see anything negatively worded as it was not my intent, perhaps factual. not asking for a promise, perhaps a little transparency. simple has/has not been discussed among the co-workers should suffice Thank you
