Closed Able to vote but didn't receive NX

Problem: Able to vote but didn't receive NX
Details: I've been trying to vote a few weeks ago (twice) & it says that I have voted but I didn't receive any NX. Didn't think much about it, thought it might be a glitch. Came back again today to try, same thing.

Have you been actually voting on gtop?

 

You've to start voting correctly now with the new pingback system.

To vote correctly, click on the "Please click here to vote", follow by completing and submitting the captcha. Once redirected to the main GTop page, you'll have successfully voted. Wait for about 1 sec ~ 5 minutes and you'll get your NX.

 

Yes I've always been voting "correctly" I never knew there was an "incorrect" way to do it?

 

Some people weren't actually voting for the server by clicking the "Click here to vote" link. You have to finish your vote on gtop for the NX to go through.

 

I did the same as I always do, which is vote on gtop by solving the captcha then clicking on the 'VOTE FOR MAPLEROYALS' button. Then it says 'Thank you for voting!' but my NX count didn't change.

Edit: The NX count shot up a few vote's worth all of a sudden. So I guess the problem is resolved on its own, thanks.
