with the nx leafs now turning into cards and not being able to be traded, is this going to change any time soon or is this a permanent change, i can no longer buy or trade them now that they are deemed untradeable.
I don't think the intent was for you to ever be able to buy or trade NX... The leafs turning into cards is a permanent change.
well that being said, leafs were tradeable for as long as ive been on this server, and this change is a kick in the nuts to be honest
Before New Source, Leafs dropped from bosses and other monster drops, and they gave you 5000 NX instantly. Once new source hit, they did not give you NX and they were tradeable. This is essentially a fix
You must be mistaken, because as Seductive Love said, they were never an item that could be traded. They went directly into your NX count as 5000 NX, thus there was never anything tradeable about it. This is a permanent fix, as they were never intended to be tradeable. In the future we will likely go back to awarding NX upon looting the cards from boss drops, as it was in old source.
