Are you sure you are doing the following procedure?: 1) Go to https://royals.ms/?page=vote 2) Type your account USERNAME (not your character name). 3) Click 'vote'. 4) On the next page click where it says 'please click here to vote'. 5) On the next page complete the FunCaptcha: 5a) Click 'verify'. 5b) Rotate the image so it is the correct way up. 5c) Click 'done' 5d) Click the red button 'VOTE FOR MAPLEROYALS - NOSTALGIC MAPLESTORY SERVER'.6) Wait 2 minutes and then check the cash shop for your NX. This is what the page should look like when you arrive at it. Hit the verify from there, complete the FunCaptcha and then click the Red button below. This is a known bug, for some people it works, and for some it does not work. The staff is currently looking into the issue, so please be patient and wait for them to fix it.
Can you post an image of your MapleRoyals folder, and include last edited dates? The last one who made a bug report saying it wasn't possible to buy AP resets had outdated files which would explain your issue as well.
It would definitely explain the problem, since they were given a new cash shop ID with the last patch. If you don't update your files you would try to buy an item that doesn't exist and that would freeze you from buying anything else. Also a large part of the Cash Shop items were already done before the release of the new source so it also explains how you would only see the problem with certain items.
