Closed Did not receive RP

Problem: Did not receive RP
Details: My hair was changed during the new source change and my account never received the RP reimbursement.

 

Do you have a way to prove you did not get the RP? Because we have a batch of queries we ran enmasse and your IGN was in the list. TO verify the query worked, we looked into each character that posted a thread asking why their got changed and each of them had the same amount of RP refunded to them.

 

The only proof I'd be able to provide is my account having 4rp just like it did before the new source. I didn't spend any and my hair is still the stock hitler looking hair that it was changed to...

 

Thats all I can do to support my case... Unless you are able to see when the last time was that I bought anything from the cash shop.

We looked into it and it appears I am to blame for you not being refunded.
There was a typo on your username in the initial queries and when I fixed that I assumed incorrectly and an account with a very similar username was refunded instead.

You will of course get the missing 6 RP.
