Not replicable Item absorbed by server. quest incomplete?

I was doing Lita Lawless's 'Fool's Gold' quest. After finish collecting 30 Lucky Charms I clicked on the NPC to complete my quest but the quest is still in progress and my Lucky Charms are gone. Any advice or help, seniors? IGN: clkyyy

 

Did you take a screenshot of your Lucky Charm being taken by the NPC?

 

you mean before and after? no i didnt unfortunately. i collected till 39 and after clicking the NPC, i only have 9 left.

 

Oh. If that's the case...then will have to wait for a staff to confirm. @Eli
