Hey Justin! Yeah I remember you from Wisdom. Radiance originally had no level requirement when it first started last summer but now we've added one because we had a lot of low level people joining us at around level 50 and would quit before they reach 100. I still think that getting from 80-105 is pretty hard, it's where a lot of players leave. Most people who struggle through the grinding/leeching to get to 105 are committed to making it to level 120 and therefore would be able to boss soon. As the guild is currently full, it's important that people are really active to avoid POOFing/housekeeping/expellment.
