Not Bug My character is non-exsistng.

At first, I logged on my account as ususal, but there's nothing in my account.
I thought that I was hacked by somebody so I created a character immediately to check whether I was truly hacked or not, and the ign is exactly the same as my old character, Ranedict.

And it showed that my ign is currently being used.

So I think that it's a kind of bug, and it's not hacking.
Can somebody do me a favor please, I'll really really appreciare it, thanks.

 

Due to character creation being disabled, any name you type in shows up as being in use.

 

When was the last time you were able to log in your account with your character there? Also, did you restart your client and updated to most recent files?

I remembered that was about 1 month ago.
Yes, I did it over and over again.
Yes, I downloaded the latest version of this game and updated it.

 

What character do you believe is missing? Ranedict still exists, which makes me think you might be logging in on the wrong account.
