No, but i asked Matty to checked for me before and he said that they haven't worked out for the hp/mp increment for job advancement starts from beginner. My case is that I am level 1 before the new patch and I started doing leveling when the first patch of new source implemented and when to 4th job before the hp/mp being fixed.
you have: str: 4 dex: 61 int: 4 luk: 770 hp: 1 for a total of 840 AP spread at lvl 162 at lvl 1 you start with str, dex, int and luk at 4 and 9 AP to spend, for a total of 16+9 = 25 at your job advancements for third job/fourth you gain another 5 + 5 = 10 you leveled up 161 times which brings 5 AP each time, 161 * 5 = 805 for a total of 840 AP gained.
