Closed can't change rp hairstyle

Problem: I've been holding onto my hair coupon ever since my RP was refunded to me a few months ago.

I've been getting this message forever and I'm wondering when I'll be able to go back to my old hair

I had the same problem with one of the hairstyles, I choosed another one and it worked just fine

 

but I want the one I already had

Is that one of the hairstyles that was not carried over into new source and they just never changed the NPC?

 

That one is a female hairstyle which is why you can't change to it, and why you were refunded.
