Yes! I have said from the start that Scarlion and Targa would be awesome to have here. That would be an even greater goal to aim for aside from HT and Zakum. I love bossing in Maplestory because it's usually a big accomplishment to take down a tough boss. A lot more so than just grinding levels. Lion King would be sweet too....
i'd like to see ninja castle, neo city, pink bean, cpq, haunted house, gallos, targa/scarlion, CWKPQ, and LMPQ. i'm personally biased against stuff that was never in GMS, but i understand why others would enjoy them. anything that adds variety to the game, especially the higher level/bossing content; it gives you something to actually DO at a high level other than zak krex and grinding
I would like to see added Coke town( yes I know it's an event map but still) Shanghai Taiwan (night market , Taipei etc) Malaysia Basically I'd love to see all the non GM's regions added eventually.
Coke Town seems highly unlikely, although it can be considered as part of an event map in the future.
I haven't played since 2015, but just saw this thread. I would be 100% back if you brought in things like CWKPQ, Malaysia/Scarga and Pink Bean. My biggest problem with Royals has always been the lack of endgame content. Nostalgia is cool, but it quickly begins to wear thin once you hit level 120+.
CWKPQ will definitely be implemented. Malaysia and Pink Bean can be opened to discussion, although no confirmed plans that it'll be released.
I would want to see Taiwan added the most, with the night market and the tower that was used for Kerning Square later on. I played on GMS so I never got to try any of the region specific places.
I'm all into adding Thailand and Taiwan. Cos these maps were added really early in MapleSEA wayyyy before BB!
Another plus for Malaysia and Targa and Scarlion - for people who can't complete the Zakum Jump Quest, they can still get a good helm for stat boost! And since the helmet is a level 80 item, it means players actually have worked at leveling and gotten 10 levels into third job before getting a great reward.
Yes, please! The "world travel" aspect of MMORPGs is what really keeps me playing, and I'm especially interested in Thailand, Malaysia, etc. IRL, so that would be so cool.
with the rate the server updates and accept suggestions you gotta wait 2years before this is even considered xd and anoher 2 years being implemented lmao
Doesn't actually take too much time to implement new areas, it also doesn't take time away from our developer. I just feel it'll be better to wait a little bit before releasing another area since Ninja Castle is still quite fresh.
Shanghai - especially the chicken and duck good for 2x~3x training spot For Malaysia Map i just remember Spooky map which good for bishop
To be honest, Malaysia is already in the game (sometimes it's my AFK spot when I'm on my GM). But it's just not open yet. But when we do open it, I highly doubt it'd be that difficult (but of course we'll need to adjust the drops and stuffs).
