Closed Big Headward Hair change

Problem: Hair change didn't work

So i just used a royal hair coupon that i bought with RP.
After I was prompted to chose a hair color and click okay. NOTHING happened ; - ;
My hair is still the same, the coupon is gone/no longer in my inventory, what do I do?

 

Was this by any chance on tutorial island?

 

No I did this from the free market, which I entered at Heneseys

 

Did you relog at all prior to buying and using the ticket?

 

I don't remember how long before i had logged out but yes. When i logged back in i found out what RP was so i bought some. Then, after the ticket failed and Big Headward said error. I re logged to see if maybe my ticket would re-appear or if maybe my hair would've changed but it had not.
